Trying to Review Before Starting on An Echo....

I use my public library for most of my reading and just today picked up An Echo in the Bone after waiting since October 2009. Listening to books in my favorite way to read fiction and this one is 40 CDs -- that is over 46 hours. Now, I realize I need to review and catch up before starting. So far I found the best "all together" reviews on Wikipedia. Any other suggestions?
Anyone else enjoy listening to their books? My eyes don't last as long on the printed word as my ears on the spoken word.
