Another sleepy kitty!

Can anyone help?

Just got today, declawed, and it will only wake if I unplug and replug. White paper only worked once upon opening, and then never again.

Help?

Did you declaw it yourself? You might unscrew it and make sure all the bits in the nose are in their proper places. There's a (very small) mirror and lens in there, and if they get misaligned sometimes the wakeup doesn't work (and sometimes it won't scan at all).
