I recently mooched a book by an author Mary Staton (not Stanton) and I've been trying to find out more about her. She is on several FSF lists with the book I mooched but I can't find any other books by her. Perhaps she never had anything else published? I was just curious about her since we share the same last name and first initial and I liked what she wrote about herself in the beginning of the book as a "new" writer back in 1975. I'm looking forward to reading it.

I'm by no means a research aficionado, but a quick search on the net reveals only one other book by her (and it appears to be self-published): "Wilderness of the Heart - Seven Gates" which is listed on Amazon with two reviews and appears to have been released in 2007. I assume the book you read was From the Legend of Biel. I hadn't heard of it, but looks interesting. She also has a LinkedIn profile page (similar to Facebook, but for professional networking), but it's very brief and doesn't have much to add.

thanks, I didn't see the other title only From the legend of Biel when I did a google search. Shame I was hoping maybe she had a blog somewhere. Haven't read the book yet but it did have some good reviews.

PS I went to amazon and found the publishing name for the second book and found the website. I'm guessing it was put up by her. Again, no real info just mostly taken off of Amazon. Except for some bible quotes. I guess things didn't work out for her in publishing.
