My name is James C. Gillen and I write the Paul Isaac Vampire series. It has recently won a finalist award from USA Books News for best in horror. Please take a look at the book if you like a good high octane vampire hunter book. Please support the book if you can. thank you!
Paul Isaac is a vampire executioner that has a problem. Vampires are now legal members of society. They can own businesses, hold public offices, and even be your next-door neighbor. In spite of public opinion and support for the undead, Paul has a macabre job to do. He finds himself in search of a sadistic vampire and injected with a deadly virus designed to turn him into the very thing he hunts. Now, he must choose between being manipulated by vampires and solving a very bizarre case.
Paul uncovers a sinister nightclub that caters to the dark side of pleasure and pain that might not only be the key to his survival, but may also bring him closer to the rogue killer. He must learn to face his own inner demons and trust in those that may turn out to be less monstrous than himself.

Hi James. I'm Jacob Drake. I also write vampire books and currently have two series on them going, but I write from the vampires' perspective. Not all Nosferatu are demons, although some certainly embody that image. I prefer those as delineated in my own stories, such as in my latest (and the first book of the new series) novel "Darkness in the Light":

"Nic Draca wakes in an alley, his face half submerged in a puddle, a tattoo he never had before mysteriously etched across the left side of his face. He has no recollection what happened to leave him this way. Entering into a neighborhood bar he finds he now has a taste for blood - human blood. As he discovers what happened to make him this way and why his sire saw fit to leave him with an ink design that will cause him to be noticed everywhere he goes, he finds himself becoming entrenched in a world of darkness he never knew existed. Both vampires and werewolves are real in the world he thought he knew, as well as other creatures with even more fiendish goals. And though he finds himself the target of the night dwellers he is now a part of, he discovers that he may be the worst of them all.

Accompany this neophyte vampire as he wanders into a realm of deceit and manipulation and has to fight to remain among the undead."

This is the blurb for this novel, located online at all the eBook distributors. Eventually I will tie in both series so there will be a joint novel containing elements of each and changing both realms forever. Currently I am working on my next novel for the first of these two series, entitled, "Forever the Dark Grave".
