CueCat and Amazon

Sorry if this has been covered before, but do I have to de-claw my CueCat to use it on Amazon.co.uk ?
It works fine uploading books to LibraryThing, but I always get the message 'this item is not in our catalogue' from Amazon.
Hoping someone can help me.

Yes, or find a copy of the CueCat drivers/software that will do the conversion for you. There are also websites out there that convert the CueCat's output into readable content, but it's just as easy to declaw the thing and save some steps.

I took the plunge and de-clawed it myself. Much easier than I expected and works a treat! Thank you.
