Anyone in London on 14 April?

Heaven-Ali and I are making a trip down to the Notting Hill shop and we'd love to meet up with anyone who's around!

We're arriving just before midday, so lunch at Wagamama on Kensington High Street might be an option, and definitely an hour or so in The Shop!

OH what a shame BunnyB! Can you not escape for an hour or so...? You could buy them some books!!

We had a lovely time! Slight struggles with transport but after a quick detour to a pizza place in my old stamping ground of Covent Garden (the proprietor remembered me!) we walked up to the shop. Lovely assistant helped us find the books we wanted and we ended up with 12 between us plus two of the lovely tote bags. Only one book was for me!! (I spent my birthday token on A Very Great Profession) and I can't list the others cos they were for presents. One Miss Alison is gong to be *very* happy come May...

We had a lovely time in the shop - not as much shrieking as last time in Notting Hill - and tore ourselves away to find that the 38 bus goes between Victoria and the end of Lambs Conduit St - hooray!
