Grad school survey

I am currently enrolled in a weekend MBA program. This semester I am taking a class on Marketing Planning, which requires that I field a market research survey. The more responses we get the better analysis we can do for the project. We are trying to analyze the e-Reader market and specifically get some feedback related to the Kindle.
