Over the holidays I used Deep South Staples by Robert St. John and LOVED so many of his recipes...Jill's Mac and Cheese, Linds's sweet pototo casserole, spinach madeline...yummy

I heard that was a good southern cookbook..do you have any other favorites?

The Cotton Country Collection, Southern Sideboards, and Celebrations on the Bayou are all really good for the typical southern recipes.
