That one was a pants peeer from my first year of high school.
I'm sure they're are a number of Lou Fine covers that fill the bill but give me a few...
Ah, here we go, there's always this classic:

I'd like to come up with something different, but the first thing I thought of was Weird Science-Fantasy #29.
That Frazetta cover is pretty hard to beat.
Arthurfrayn also beat me to my second favorite, Famous Funnies 214.
Still, you could pick any of the Famous Funnies Buck Rogers covers and not go wrong. 210, 211, 213, 216...
215 is darned cool too.
209 is nice...but up against the others...I'd put it at the bottom.

A xerox of that cover, that I got from a book in the school library, hung on my wall for about 7 seven years. I didn't see a decent reproduction of the cover until it appeared in From Aargh! to Zap!: Harvey Kurtzmans Visual History of the Comics.
Nonetheless, for whatever reason, it still blows my mind till this day.
An object of personal religious worship.
