How do you all go about managing this? Fast readers? Free time?
I'd love to join in... but, alas, GCSE's mean I haven't the time - seemingly.
Whilst I'm posting, any recommendations for books to read before 18?
You people are incredible; awe-worthy :)

Free time? Not really. It's just that we love books so much that we prioritize at least a little time most days. That half hour while the evening news is on and I'm relaxing in bed is my time.
Recommendations? What do you like? There aren't any one-size-fits-all books. What are your interests? What books from your childhood do you absolutely adore? Give us something to work with--with only 15 books in your library, that's not much to go on!

Since you listed Hitchhiker's Guide to The Galaxy I would recommend the rest of the series, starting with A Restaurant at the End of the Universe assuming you haven't read them already.

>1 yasmeenx: Yasmeen, since you have read Charlotte and Emily I suggest you also read Anne The Tenant of Wildfell Hall one of the most beautifully written books I have ever read.

To Kill a Mockingbird.....just because.
Farenheit 451.....to contemplate how books, and other pleasures, can enrich your life.
East of Eden.....to give you a sense of right and wrong and how the choice to follow either has far reaching consequences. Also, to help you to understand what the struggle of life is about.....look for the passages about "thou mayest".
West With the Night.....to see how extraordinary your life can be, if you live it to the fullest.
