Hi,
Our small church library has grown quite a bit over the past year and I'm just now starting to organize them into topics. I'm by no means a librarian :) but I wanted to put some kind of sembalance to being able to find a book. I've tried to pull my list of books out of Excel into LibraryThing by saving the document as CSV and TEXT and it tells me that I have no books in my library. Can anyone help a pour soul like me who just wants to try to organize my library.

How many books do you have? I found the add books feature so easy in librarything that I have been manually entering them. I do also have my books on a database called ResourceMate - but rarely have to refer to it.

Sonoita, What version of excel are you using? I got the same message using Excel 2007 and saved the file to 2003 and it worked. Hopefully you've already found your answer. Joyce
