Group Name

I'm considering changing the name of the group, somehow "Jim Butcher Fans" just doesn't seem good enough, however I can't think of a good name. I was consider "the White Council" but that might get us confused with LoTR. So, what do you all think? Any and all suggestions welcomed.

The clearer and simpler the group name, the more likely it will be found by people who don't know what to look for. The current name is boring, yes, but it's wonderfully descriptive. I would never have found this group if it was called the white council. Also, calling it the white council ignores his other major series, which shifts the implied focus of the group. That's fine, as long as that's the intention.

Not at all, which is why I called it "Jim Butcher Fans" originally. IDK, maybe its fine the way it is.

Put my vote in the "fine the way it is" column. The title may be dull but it is to the point.

I must confess I simply searched for Jim Butcher when I was looking for a "fan club". I think it is fine the way it is. Sometimes simple is best :)

I agree. It may not be flashy or fun....but it lets people know what this group is about. Which is what matters. =)

But if you are going to edit it, then maybe change the group description to include the major names - Harry dresden, Alexia Codex etc. The group search field does search the description and currently if someone was looking for a Harry Dresden group they wouldn't find this one.
