Welcome back star. I would recommend "The Ugly Stepsister." I didn't care for "Wicked" as much and haven't read the one that was based off of Snow White.
Glad to see you back on the boards. It has been quiet without you.

My best recommendations are The Classic Fairy Tales and The Annotated Hans Christian Anderson, neither of which are available for the Kindle, but which are handsomely illustrated and interesting reading for adult readers.
Personally, if you want fairy tales rewritten into new forms of the stories, I personally recommend Patricia McKillip. I love her Book of Atrix Wolfe and In The Forests of Serre. The latter features the Russian fairy tale witch, Baba Yaga. Those may or may not be available for the Kindle. I know some of her books are available in that format.

Anne Rice has written a series of 'for adults' fairytales under the name of Anne de Roquelaure. They are based on Sleeping Beauty, she picks up the story where the original leaves off, right after 'they live happily ever after'. The first book in the series is The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty.
This is definitely adult material, heavy on the BDSM. Personally, I found it disturbing, but in some circles it is regarded as 'politically correct feminist erotica'.
