Hi Memmuli
I don't know if you are still searching.
Some garden shops (like Intratuin) have books too.
With searching tuincentrum with the city you should find the ordinary garden shops.
If you are looking for more specific sellers (roses, acer, wild plants) I can look up for you.

Hello!
Thank you for your answer. I came back home from Holland last week ;-) I did found garden books from ordinary book shops, Tulipmuseum and Hortus Botanicus in Amsterdam. Now I know the key word "tuin", too.

I found this group too late, sorry ;-)
So you had a good time here.
Did you find any special books?

Wonderful trip, indeed! I tried to find a book about dutch gardens written by a Dutchman. I found one but didn't bought it -it was heavily raining and I thought book will be wet before my hotel. Later I forgot it - oh me! I bought tulip books: Clusius Carolus, A treatise of tulips and Willemse Frans, A mystery of the tulip painter. My bags were full of lace books, so I had to boy less garden books.
I was making observations too: there was exellent wiew through buss window to wonderful gardens. I loved Alcea rosea 'Nigra' at the door side and all kinds of climbing roses.
