I've just been playing. The opposite of Five on a Treasure Island isAs I lay dying and the opposite of School at the Chalet is Atlas Shrugged

Anne of Green Gables gives Programming Ruby : the pragmatic programmers' guide

Phantom Tollbooth gives Rich dad, poor dad : what the rich teach their kids about money-- that the poor and middle class do not! (obviously reading good kids lit is not the path to richness - but then all my discretionary income seems to go on books, so I'm not surprised)

Pippi Longstocking gives The Blind Watchmaker (hey, I own The Selfish Gene)

Swallows and Amazons gives The Devil wears Prada

Hey I have read The Phantom Tollbooth (many, many years ago) and Rich Dad, Poor Dad! (this year). What does it mean?

I read your page, so instead of saying Hi there I'm going to say Hi here. Hi Aquila!

I just discovered and joined LibraryThing recently. What I'm getting out of it is discovering lots of new books. Unfortunately my Wish List was already about 300 books long before I discovered this site.

I read children's books myself, but I also read a lot of other things too. The last children's book I read was Stalky and Co., which I didn't like. I mean - the heroes kill a cat! For fun! >:(
