Hi,
I can not remember the title or much about the book. I'm fairly certain it has a green cover and it's a paperback with the tan rough pages that a lot of mass printed YA books had. I read the book in the 2000s. It was kind of dark and was about a girl who was sad and alone, but I can't remember why. There were vines with thorns growing and maybe nettles? Sorry it's not a lot to go on.

>1 KatrinaU16: Maybe Monstrous? Might have been published a bit late for what you're looking for, but I know there are editions that heavily feature roses on the cover, and roses and thorns play a big role in the book.
