I read this YA book in 2013-ish and the cover has a closeup of a girl looking up, her hair looks like there's wind blowing it in her face but I cannot for the life of me remember the title. The main character just moved; I'm not sure from where or to what city. It alternates POVs between her and someone that's stalking her (he may be supernatural, I don't remember). And I think he has relations with a friend that she made in the new city. I think there's a scene at a fair? I fear I might be mixing it up with another plot but I'm almost 99% certain there's a scene where she falls into a grave. Then there's another scene where she's in a church and she's in a confessional at night but there isn't anyone there. Anything helps, thank you!
