Hello! I've been searching for this book for nearly a decade, I'm hoping someone can help! I originally found it in a salvation army. It was a hard cover, cream with the last half of the binding red. The plot was about a young woman being engaged to a lord against her will, by her parents arrangement. She refuses and runs away, to a cabin in the woods, but it stalked and found by the lord. There are numerous themes of bdsm and bondage, I remember the writing style and font being very similar to that of books published in the 1970s. I found the book around 2009, but it seemed to be from the 1970s.
