Cartoonish Schoolbook Recess Bullying

Hi I'm looking for a cartoonish schoolbook that was mostly pictures and involves around bullying and outdoor games at recess, I remember one picture that includes a schoolgirl who wore a red polkadot dress that is taken by the arms and gets her hair pawed by two boys in the woods while her female friend is running away to get help from the teacher or something like that and I know that the book cover has a red school wall with school teenagers playing around or taking a school photo in front of it.
The year i think this book came out was around 2000-2005 and i read this around 2005-2009 in my country Sweden. I do not remember what the book is called or who created it i just remember the book cover and that specific picture. Any help would be appreciated.
