problem with editing tags?

I have a number of tags I've edited -- they show up correctly on the tags page, on individual works pages etc, but if I click through on the tags page to look at all my works with a specific tag, it searches for the old tag which no longer exists. ??

Can you please give a link to an example?
Also what browser and OS are you using?

Did you use the back button after the edit?

A page refresh usually corrects that problem.
