Member covers not loading

I'm seeing the member-uploaded cover on that work is being used twice (once on your book), so I'm assuming all good looking at your "edited" note?

This probably isn't the same problem, but I've noted that I haven't seen ANY new member covers for my books for about a week. I usually average about eight a day, so clearly covers other members post are not appearing. I'd been wondering if I should post a report.

Okay, thanks for the info. To clarify, you're saying that when you load the "Change covers" page for a book/record you've cataloged, the cover images take 3-5 minutes to load? And when they do load, you get a "no image" thumbnail, not the actual cover image, until you click on the information button?

I haven't been able to reproduce this yet, logged out/logged in, on my test account, on your setup (Win10, Edge). Will keep digging.

Closing for now as it looks like this was related to some image-server issues that we were having at the time.
