70s Children's Book on a mailman's route

Looking for a children's book from the 70's about a mailman delivering mail. The book was a picture one with dashed lines depicting the route of the mailman. Would love to find out name and author. Thank you!

Only one I can think of is The Jolly Postman, but that's from the 80s, not the 70s.
