Romance Mills&Boon Presents, Heroin molested, falls inlove with Sheik

I am current searching for two books, firstly i cannot remember all the characters name. BOOK 1, she knew him as a young girl, he was friends with her brother i think through uni, there was a rumour or bullying started and her brother assisted the sheik, he fell inlove with her but she was too young, he promised to come back for her but he never did thinking she was a wild young girl, however she was acting out because she was being molested by a family member. They meet later in life through her brothers death i think and he discovers all this, however his family doesnt think she is suitable for a royal sheik.

Book 2 is also romance, secretary working for her boss thats ruthless, she was always reliable but then her twin brother dies and all she wants to do is to take her brothers ashes to this island to lay him to rest. Her boss doesnt understands she wants to resign and practically kidnaps her on his yatch. She decides to jump off the yatch to everyone's surprise and tries to swim to the shore. He then goes and rescues her with the crew in a small boat. He discovers she is not as prim as he thought and discovers her long hair and goddess body.

This is as far as i can remember for both books, if anyone can assist me i would really appreciate it, the titles have been driving me nuts for month.
