The books I added to Lists (read in 2021) are not showing up in the list. The title is there along the right side, but when I switch to the view of the book covers showing my collections the book is not there. The book added was Sarah Plain and Tall.

Not a bug, just some combining needed.
The work you added to the list (8000+ copies) is separate from the work which the copy in your library is attached to (less than 100 copies), so LT doesn't recognize that they are the same book.
I will check that the two works have the same content (no abridged editions or other differences) and combine accordingly.
Edit: Your book was mixed up with something titled "Wonders classroom trade book library package. Grade 3" which included ISBNs for several entirely unrelated books. I've split out the various works and combined the "Sarah, Plain and Tall" copies with the main work, so it should appear as in your library on the list page now.
