I remember this book in a British library, London I think...
It was very nicely written...and a bit special ...
What was that book’s name and author ...?
It was the Story of a maid in victorian times around 200 years ago ...she was part of a large Team of maids and butlers ...she was seduced by one of the son of the household ...got pregnant...he said that she seduced him ..., she managed to give birth hiding in a garden toilet ... some other maids found the baby dead born , she got accused to have killed the baby...was sentènced to death...by hanging...She dies ...then on the undertaker table ...she begins to slowly come back to life ...described in great details ...
