I can’t remember the author or the name of the book.
This man receives this doll on his front porch. He brings it in and it starts attacking him. Then follows him throughout town as he tries to escape. He runs into a young woman who helps him out, later only to discover she knew where to find him as she can paint the future. I believe premise has to do something with a Korean lore. As I can remember that the mans mother sent the doll to her son.
