Plans for 2021?

Nov 29, 2020, 10:29pm

It's been a bit quiet around here lately, but I hope there is interest in continuing to track our BC reading and challenges in 2021. If so, I'll be happy to create a new group for us. TBH, even if only one or two other people join me, I'll be happy to run the group, as I find it certainly helps me keep track of my BC activities!

Yes please. This challenge keeps me honest.

Work has been extremely hectic lately, but I promise to start the 2021 group soon. I will be taking vacation starting end of this week to the beginning of January, so I'll have lots more time to devote to BC, LT and reading books!

I really hope to be more active here in 2021. I do enjoy this group.

Or could we add a new thread here for 2021?

I haven't forgotten about the new group! Sorry, life has been busy lately but I have every intention of setting things up for 2021 shortly.

>6 soffitta1: I think it might be better to have a new group, as I can't rename this group, and another general BookCrossing group already exists. I hope that's OK with everybody.

>5 soffitta1: I'm glad you enjoy this group! We're a small but dedicated bunch, and it really does motivate me to finish off those oldest ABC books. :)

And here is the link to the new group!

Plans for 2021? Well (besides work, household, family (that's been expanded with a dog) and care tasks) I hope to be reading a lot. And let lots of books travel to new readers, lowering my MTBR and TBR mountains with significant amounts of books.

Thanks for creating the new group, I've entered :-)
