Is Easton Press still shipping to countries other than USA/Canada/UK?

I've been trying to place multiple orders from Easton Press to my country Netherlands.
Unfortunately none of my emails since 2017 to customer service have been answered. And their web site is just 'minimal', or in other words: not helpful at all. So my last purchase was from 2016 or 2017.

I'm rather pissed off, if I may say so.... Anyone who knows more about this?

My emails are often not answered, unsure why. I'm from Canada and have ordered a few books over the last few months, unsure about shipping elsewhere. If you really want to order, you'll prob have to call.

Calling would be a nightmare for me. I have Asperger and although my English is good - this is no option for me. If only EP would read comments like this...

Nice books + bad customer service + terrible website is not equal to good sales. Sigh.

Assuming you haven’t done so already, what if you tried creating a new email address using a generally trusted domain name, such as gmail.com, and contact EP customer service through that. Odds will be excellent that any email will now get to them. At that point, you can point out that your normal email address has not been receiving any responses. Maybe they can fix the problem, or maybe they can change your old account’s email address to the new one. Just a thought...
