Ebook Delivery

I know senders are allowed eight weeks to get their books to ER readers, but I'm wondering how often ebooks actually go out after the third week. (Yes, I've been checking my Junk and Spam folders.)

sometimes I received an ebook after a month or so after the draw for ER winners. I think this happens when they are sending ARC *really* in advance of the publishing date, but I did not check thoroughly. I always have too much stuff to be read...
