Sanctions and Approvals

I'd like to see a line in Common Knowledge that allows me to add things like Nihil Obstat and Imprimatur.

The word Sanctions is deliciously bi-directional. A sanction may be either a permission or a restriction, depending on context.

So official endorsements, permissions, bans and censorships could be recorded here. I think it could be a fascinating addition to the record of a book.

Hm. I haven't seen this one brought up before but it would definitely be interesting data.
It would have to be at least "Sanctioning Body (date)" or something other similar formats. But I like where the idea is going.
