Hello can someone explain to me the girl on the train? It was recommended i tried it i just could not finish it.The fact i could not finish it may have something to do with me being more of a fan of non-fiction.

I liked it, but didn't think it was anything special. Mostly it's for people who don't read good thrillers to see how it's really done.
From my review - "It’s not a perfect story and I really think that the first-person perspective of two of the characters was a mistake. It narrowed the perspective and blunted the dread. I think that a third person perspective would have increased the scope to allow for us to see the dangers facing those women more clearly and give us a wider emotional response to the story."
