Amazon VHS Index. Yes, VHS.

Amazon recently changed their API. Find out more here: https://www.librarything.com/topic/317620

The change opened up on weird possibility--they now have a dedicated index for VHS searching. (This was presumably created to remove VHS tapes from the normal movie index!)

Anyway, you probably don't need it. But if you do, you do. So I added a "VHS (Videotape)" index to the addbooks sources for all the Amazon sites that offer it.

You can find it by going to Add books, then clicking "Add from 4,967 sources," then "All sources." You'll see the VHS sources under Amazon sources, in their own section.

I'd think Blu-Ray vs DVD would be more likely, but we're probably not quite at that tipping point yet.

They are included in the movies source. It would be nice to have a source for them WITHOUT streaming video. But Amazon has what it has.

Sooo....being homebound with some extra time last month, I decided to inventory and update all my movies.
I finished entering and editing all my VHS tapes (several hundred) at the end of February.
But I'll keep this in mind if I buy some more!

(One thought - this change may be why so many tapes that didn't have covers automatically displayed when I entered them several years ago, now have covers showing for the records. That was a happy surprise.)
