Help! Historical romance maybe set in England

All I remember about the book I’m looking for is it opens I believe with the characters at the ball and the main heroine is walking in the garden and spies her love interest embracing someone I think the woman he’s with is married as well and she must of made a sound because he sees her and after married/not married woman leaves he ends up kissing the main heroine there as well.
Also another part I remember is towards the end of the book he is falling for her and asks that married/not married woman to fool his betrothed (because the main heroine is now engaged to him I believe ) that they are making out and the heroine comes upon them in a field which if I remember correctly he told her to come to set it all up. Also I really feel like the main heroines name is Sabrina as well.

Please help me find it! I’ve been looking online and in every used bookstore I come across and can’t seem to find it.

Still looking for this book. Hoping to find it someday. Hope someone can help me. I also remember it having a pink cover as well. I thought it maybe a Katherine woodwiss book but it’s not I looked.

How old is it?

I remember I first read it early 2000’s I don’t remember how old it was before I found it in the used bookstore. And I might be wrong but I kinda remember Fabio being on the cover
