You've got a great reading list, here. It's been a long time since I read Naked Lunch. I loved it back in college!

>15 BookDoc16: I know Everything We Had was highly praised when it was first published. I have it on my shelf but have never read it. What did you think of it?

>16 rocketjk: I found it the second-best of the books I've read about the Vietnam War. Each chapter is the personal recollection of a veteran, including nurses, pilots, POWs and sailors. Highly recommend it!

And if you're curious: I rate Kregg P. J. Jorgenson's book Acceptable Loss at #3, Hal Moore & Joe Galloway's We Were Soldiers Once, and Young #4, and Roger Donlon's Outpost of Freedom #5. Number One for me is Tim O'Brien's The Things They Carried.
