A Happy New Year of reading to all. I did not make 50 again this year. 35 - 40 seems to be my annual number. But that's ok. I like tracking my books and I am in again this year. I finished The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides yesterday to make 38 for 2019. Although it was highly touted as a thriller, I found it a little disappointing. There was a good twist at the end, but the lead up had too much (to me unconvincing) therapeutic mumbo jumbo that was not all that thrilling.
