File of AISNs is not recognized by import

Trying the instructions for what a file of AISNs should include (https://wiki.librarything.com/index.php/Adding_and_importing_books), universal import is still telling me my file has no books (Problem: There are no books in your file.)

I'm assuming my file should look something like:

ratingList['B07VFMFPP4'] = '1';
ratingList['B07PJKBZDH'] = '1';
ratingList['B074H8NFDF'] = '1';
ratingList['B07KS83CGJ'] = '1';

If you are looking at the other Amazon import bug, could you look at this one? This one has replication steps.

Create file of ASINs following proscribed format in the help page above.
Load file using Universal Import.
Get error message that there are no book in the file.
