I found one, but it's so out of kilter with my library that I probably won't get it. If I do, it will be a good gift for hubby as well.

There are several interesting books, but one of them I want SO MUCH MORE than anything else it's the only request I made. The last book in a trilogy that I love.

>4 Bookmarque: is the actual content of one's library taken into account when selecting prizes?

>6 .mau.: My understanding of the selection algorithm is that it includes points for having similar books in your library. Not having a history of reading books of that type doesn't exclude you from winning, but it does lessen the odds.

>6 .mau.: I've heard as much and it seems so. I have a library stuffed with kids book from school and library reading so when I pick books (usually a only two per batch) my wins tend to gravitate towards the kids end, even if the other book has presence in my library as well.

I am so excited to have heard that I won The Land Beneath Us by Sarah Sundin. I loved the first two books in the Sunrise at Normandy trilogy and have been anxiously awaiting the release of the final book. Now I get to read it before the release! :=)
