Will I ever receive this book?

Last May I won INLAND by Tea Obreht. I still have not received it. I marked it as Not Received on the Books Won page several times. Am I ever going to receive it or should I just forget it? Does LibraryThing remind publishers when they don’t send books?

I'm in the exact same situation. I was so excited for this book and now it's out.
Do we just keep waiting?

Inland Of the four reviews with the bird two mention not receiving it. Since it was only published in August, 2019, the list from May may have gotten lost.
