Do any of you know of any really good online Joyce resources? I know whole careers have been made from Joyce scholarship and I was wondering if there was some kind of clearing house for that work.

Since there is so much, one really needs to narrow the definition of good.
For instance, the James Joyce Centre (jamesjoyce.ie).
Or the references at the end of the Wikipedia article. (As so often happens there, it's a bit of a jumble. For instance, the JJ article's references include Fweet but only the FW article references Finnegans Web. And some of the links to minor obsessive efforts on Geocities and Yahoo are now dead.)

I'm reading the book right now, and after each chapter, I like to refer to the following website for a reference to Joyce's "plan" for each chapter (i.e. what parallels does it have to the Odyssey? what "organ" and what "color" are being represented, etc) as well as links to other scholarship. Usually I hate online resources to literature, but this his pretty handy. Plus, what's not to love about a website called robot wisdom dot com?

Wikpedia has a very good annotated version of Finnegans Wake in progress (work in progress if you like):
