I think I hit 13 last year so I will stretch a little and aim for 15 this year. I am working through the 1001 Books to Read Before You Die list so I have lots of doorstoppers to choose from.

Some suggestions:
Infinite Jest by Wallace
The Kindly Ones by Littell
La Regenta by Alas
Cloudsplitter by Banks
USA by Dos Passos
Suitable Boy by Seth
Once and Future King by Whyte

>3 JayneCM: Suitable Boy has been on my list for a few years but I am determined to read it this time! It sounds fantastic but I want to have time to really savour it so it's length keeps preventing me from cracking it open.
Thanks everyone! Hopefully this is a great reading year for us all.

>7 Yells: I am looking forward to re-reading it, especially as the sequel, A Suitable Girl is coming out soon. Another BFB!

Yells, I can vouch for A Suitable Boy, it is a long read but an enjoyable one !
And Jayne I didn't know about the sequel, great news, though I wonder what the third one will be called ?

1) I guess I will count Crime and Punishment by Dostoyevsky. My version is part of a collection so I have no idea what the page count is but others say 621 so I will go with it.
