Spam is garbage, but garbage isn't spam

I wish we could use some kind of flagging to vote off things like [Data Missing] but unfortunately I can't find any way to twist the guidelines to justify calling it Spam.

Please change my mind!

Wholly agree with you. It's litter, I wish we could indicate in some way that showing it to anyone other than the enterer has no value, but it is not flaggable.

It is a zero copy, and there is no edition info to help locate what it was meant to be.
