I see a means to import books into Library thing but can't see one to export...Is there a way to do this?

The exports need updating. They do not include all fields, although some are more complete than others.
There is no way to reimport the export files without losing data.

>2 MarthaJeanne: It's true there's no complete export > import loop at this point, but I was under the impression that the TSV export captured all fields (and the other two most commonly used: MARC and Excel) get you the vast majority of your data). What's that one missing?

>3 lorannen: I think the "Number of volumes" field, the first thing in the "Physical description" section of the "Edit your book" page, does not export in Excel or TSV.
Edit to add: "Number of volumes" is in the JSON export.

And Tim mocks me every time I ask as though I think LT is just an Excel spreadsheet, but really, it's criminal that we can't at least get a full record of our data.

I am trying to find a way to export my data to Excel. The one field that I am finding that I cant get to export the data no matter which format I choose is Lexile Reading Level. Is there a way to have this included??

The only data that exports, in any format, is your own personal catalog data. Shared data like Common Knowledge, number of people who have the book, and Lexile aren't exported in any format.

>7 lorax: is correct. I'm sorry, we don't currently have Lexile data available in exports.
