I'll bet that's a big book!

I'd be interested in taking this on if no one else has yet - is there a formalized process for reaching out to the publisher for permission? This is their site.

This is a very recent book that's still being sold, so I don't know that they're going to be keen to put the content up free on the web. I will look into whether the author is contactable and might be interested, though.
