Hi, why I can't see my TinyCat?
In the configurations, the catalog is aviable, but when I want to enter, says this message: This account is currently disabled. Please contact the library for more information.

What shoul to do?

Your free 30-day trial ran out—you can go to your TinyCat Admin's Billing Setup page (https://www.librarycat.org/admin/billing/setup) to set up your TinyCat subscription, and after we receive your subscription payment your TinyCat catalog will get re-enabled.

I wonder if someone can help me with a similar message, too, thanks. I paid today for our account on the last day of our free trial (which it turns out was yesterday, I thought it was through today). However, our volunteer librarian has added more books than we have for our price tier, and there wasn't an option to pay that amount instead (we owe $72/year, not $36). Is there a way to increase our payment and bump up our pay tier? Every time I click "help" the connection times out, unfortunately. Thank you!
