How are people handling 'K'?

philosojerk asked how people were handling E and F, which have no lettered sub-categories (link).

The K's have the reverse problem. Big time. Here's a link from Wikipedia giving the list, and here's a pdf from the Library of Congress, listing the various sub-classes.

How are people handling the K's?

I'm planning on doing the two-letter K's but not attempting the three-letter ones. I put one in my list as KJA, but I'm expecting that to count for KJ in general. It'll be difficult enough just doing the two-letter categories.

You can see my breakdown of the K's here. It's not quite only the two-letter ones... I actually found this breakdown somewhere, but I'm not sure where. It might have been another post in this group, but the breakdown seemed intuitive to me, and to still cover broadly all the major geographical divisions.

edited to add: yes, I think it came from this thread, and I made only a couple/few small changes to make it better fit my intuitions about the breakdown.

I am only planning for the 2 letter K's myself. I was an attorney for 10 years and worked briefly in a major academic law library after that so I have *used* resources from a lot of the 3 letter K's, but I am not choosing to count reference use for my reading. I think that, for me, the 2 decisions kind of balance out.

I was planning to do Ks in much the same way LC has the first part of the outline written-one for the two letter Ks, but also just one for KL-KWZ and one for KJ-KKZ.

I also plan on doing the two-letter K's but not attempting the three-letter ones.
