The new Murder on the Orient Express film comes out (in the UK) next Friday 3November. Is anyone planning to go and see it? What does anyone thinks of the clips shown so far or indeed of Hercule Poirot's moustache?

I definitely want to see it, and in the theater -- not because it needs to be on that big a screen but because I want my ticket money to show my appreciation that someone has made an old-fashioned movie -- by which I mean a movie that's going to rely on plot and character rather than spaceships and explosions.

(I love spaceships, by the way -- I see most of the sci-fi blockbusters in the theater.)

And the cast! I'd go just to see Michelle Pfeiffer in it. (Johnny Depp isn't quite the draw for me that he used to be.)

It opens here in the U.S. on the 10th. I don't know yet if it will be in the small theatre near me, or if I will have to wait to see it. Looks very promising, though.

The moustache is certainly the largest one I've seen yet on a screen Poirot!

Watched it yesterday on TV. I agree on the moustache.
