Just finished Trailer Park Fae by Lilith Saintcrow. Not too original, but she handles the elements competently enough to provide some hours of diversion.

Finished Four Roads Cross by Max Gladstone. Really enjoyed the series even tho I read it in publication order instead of internal chronological order. Can't wait for the next one to come out.

Added The Just City by Jo Walton to my reading rotation.

>14 mattries37315: Oh! Is this your first time? I love that book (when my book group discussed it, we all wore red neckscarves) my only complaint was that its not real! Ive read it several times and it never gets old. Hope you enjoy it! (am hoping for a sequel some day)

Finished The Ice Dragon. The story had so much potential but the ending was unsatisfactory. Reading A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms by George R. R. Martin next.

Just started A Dance with Dragons, and am enjoying it. As a general rule I don't read most epic fantasy sets until the series is finished, but I finally started this series about a year and a quarter ago. I figured, first, that there was a chance the next book would be out not too long after I finished the previous ones; and, second, that there's an increasing chance he'll never finish anyway. Certainly I'm reading through them at light speed compared to his production rate. And if I get to the end of this volume without any sign that he's starting to move towards resolutions, I'll feel pretty confirmed that he's lost control.

>27 rshart3:, or then you can just switch to the HBO version and see how it all plays out there, before he gets around to publishing the rest.

Weird, weird situation.
