I bought 4 books last month and acquired another bunch of ARCs, too.
Much better this month: no ARCs, and bought the first book of the month today, halfway through.

Two ARCs today (although there's a 3rd at work I've been eyeing....):
* Curious Minds by Janet Evanovich and Phoef Sutton (pub date 8/16; contemporary mystery, I believe)
* Underground Railroad by Colson Whitehead (pub date 9/16; historical fiction, but sounds like it has a fantasy/alternate history twist)
ETA: Gave the Evanovich to a coworker I figured would like it and would get to it before I could. May or may not get it back.
