A good book repair person for mom's bible

I would like to get my mothers bible restored/repaired. It needs quite a bit of work; ie. cover restored and the binding needs redoing. Is there anyone that does this type of work and are you a certified book binder and/or guarantee your work. If interested just post on my profile.
