Suggestions on collection and cataloging

just joined the group
I am planning to build a manga and comic library in the coming future so i want to know your thoughts and suggestions on how i should collect, where should i look for bulk and reasonable lots, what to watch out for etc.
I know it is a mighty ambition but i want to do it since i am a avid reader and collector of books and anything related to them
Also are VIZBIG's, 2 in 1, 3 in 1 editions good for long time storage and collection or one should buy individual volumes
Also why is the 4th and 5th volume of Battle Royale Ultimate edition so rare and costly? any idea about that?

I don't know anything about what services India has available, although Wordery lists it in its list of countries that it offers free shipping to.

With regards to the Battle Royale - when you get an out of print series you quite often end up with one or two volumes becoming rare and high value compared to the others, because the long term demand patterns tend to be very different to the short term ones, and once you reach the point where everything being sold is second hand (even if it's still in new condition) this rapidly becomes exaggerated to the point where the price is permanently set at "higher than the most that anyone in the world is prepared to pay for the item", as if it were at a price that someone was willing to buy it for then it would have been sold by this point.
